Description
How it works
Each player draws a house and numbers 1 to 10 around it. On your turn you roll all three dice and try to combine two or all three of the numbers into an expression equal to 1. Manage it and you cross off the 1, then attempt 2 with the same roll, then 3, continuing until you are stuck — no rerolling. The dice pass on, and next turn you resume where you stopped. First player around the house wins. One roll can yield five or six different expressions, which is a lot of arithmetic from three dice.

Grade level
2nd through 5th grade. Use 10-sided dice and go to 20, or let children cross off numbers in any order to make it gentler.
